Call For Applications: Deshpande Foundation’s Sandbox Samvidha for Social Entrepreneurs: Apply by July 10

Sandbox Samvidha is an inspiring platform that encourages new next generation social impact ideators to scale up their innovative ideas and interventions.

We aim to support new organizations looking to affect social change by providing them with the tools required to translate their ideas into actions.

APPLY TO BE PART OF OUR SOCIAL IMPACT PITCH-OFF:

We are looking for individuals and organizations driven to solve social issues in response to community needs, eager to learn and open to feedback. There are very few limitations on the ideas that we invite to the program.

All we ask is for the drive, commitment and perseverance to bring your idea to fruition, while we support you through this journey!

We welcome applications that:

Are high potential early stage ideas yet to be piloted

Are led by a passionate and driven team, committed to create social change in their community

Have social impact: Applications that hold the potential for systemic change and significantly improve the quality of life of the underserved, especially those who are economically disadvantaged

Are innovative and scalable: Applications that differentiate themselves from existing competitors/models in the field and have the possibility for replication

Demonstrate sustainability: Proposals that have a clear set of short and long-term outcomes, and a strategy for reaching those goals and achieving financial support and long-term sustainability

Where will it be held?

The Social Impact Pitch-Off will be held in two locations, choose a location most convenient to you in the application form

Hubballi Sandbox, Hubballi
Ek Soch Sandbox, Varanasi
Kakatiya Sandbox, Nizamabad

What’s in it for you?

The most promising projects will be given support intended to facilitate the implementation of their ideas within Sandbox Samvidha.
