The Storytellers Collective is a community-arts program which involves recruiting and training 10 young students from colleges / universities as Educators through an in-depth apprenticeship training under Master Artisans.
It has made an open call for young budding artists between the ages of 18 and 25 from Delhi/NCR for an 8-month apprenticeship and teaching program before 15 July.
The Storytellers Collective develops an 8-month curriculum based on traditional storytelling which would be implemented across various shelter homes, community school centres for at-risk children and youth (Students) and building a repertoire of visual narratives which have a social or cultural relevance to the communities.
10 Youth-Educators would be chosen based on an application + portfolio submission process; a Group Activity, Creative Tests, Group Discussion and a Personal Interview Round.

Youth Educators are expected to commit 120 hours over 8 months, and develop adequate learning aids through storytelling.
Educators would be trained over a 10-day program by Master Artists in art and storytelling techniques, and this would be a unique opportunity to learn, and engage with art.
Educators also receive a modest stipend to cover expenses during the Teaching Period.
