Brands and Fakes helps to capture, process and manage information related to IP infringements across the IPR compliance service chain.

Work Responsibility
Interns will be required to search Trademark status, drafting replies for objection and opposition, search Trademarks from Trademark Journals, attending court matters related to passing off and infringement in local courts of Delhi, other research work related to IPR, making PPTs, blogs etc.
Duration
3 – 4 weeks
Eligibility
2nd year student in three year law course or 2nd, 3rd and 4th student in five year law course.
Stipend
Depends on work.
Maximum Rs. 5000/-
