Bilasa Youth Conclave is a National Parliamentary Debate Tournament which is being structured to promote awareness among the students from diverse background, about the current Legal & Political Issues in the country and to educate them about the law making procedure of the Indian Parliament.
Format
We shall follow the 3-on-3 Asians Parliamentary Debating format.

Usage of freedom of Art and Speech in Cinema with special emphasis on recent events regarding movie Padmavati and Literature.
Agenda For CHHATTISGARH VIDHAN SABHA:
Discussing the importance of Smart Cities with reference to growth and development of Chhattisgarh.
