Eligibility
- The candidate must hold a degree of law from a recognised university with a PQE of 1 year.
- The candidate must be registered with the State Bar Council.
- The candidate should be well versed in drafting and pleading the cases.
- The candidate must hold an understanding in using various online research platforms like Manupatra, AIR Online,etc.
Responsibilities
- The candidate will be responsible for legal research and preparing briefs and case notes.
- The candidate will be responsible for drafting complaints, suits, writ petitions, bail applications and appeals before the Hon’ble High Court of Allahabad.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising filing of cases by clerks before the courts.
- The candidate will be responsible to overlook any administration work related to cases.
