About the Job

The Associate will be expected to:

1. Appear and conduct proceedings before various courts (SC & HC primarily) and tribunals
2. Attend and conduct conferences and briefings
3. Draft pleadings, applications, notices etc
4. Liase with clients, other counsels etc
5. Handle cases with minimal supervision

Qualifications and Skills Required

1. PQE: 2 years and above
2. Good drafting, communication & argumentative skills
3. Good research skills
4. Capacity to learn on the go, with minimal supervision
5. Conducive attitude towards teamwork and the desire to constantly improve and learn
6. Desirable: Prior experience in ADR (especially investment/infrastructure arbitrations), civil and commercial litigation and advisory
