Eligibility
- The candidate must be a law graduate.
- The candidate must hold a minimum of one year of litigation experience.
- The candidate must be confident in arguing the matter before the court.
Responsibilities
- The candidate will be responsible for drafting petitions, written statements, criminal complaints, section 9 and section 7 applications under IBC, Civil Suits, etc.
- The candidate will be responsible to appear before the court.
