Title: Associate Advocate
Qualification: The candidate should be a graduate/ post- graduate in Law having a PQE of minimum 3 to 5 years and must be enrolled with any Bar Council in India.
Experience: The candidate must have prior experience in arguing before the courts and tribunals and have good drafting skills (Very Important).
Employment: The employment/engagement of the candidate shall be full time.
Skills/Qualities: The candidate should be a hard working individual willing to give his best and will have to work in a dedicated, organised and time bound manner.
- Court Appearances – High Court of Delhi, Central Administrative Bench, District Courts
- Excellent Drafting –Writ Petitions, Original Applications, Counter Reply, etc.
- Extensive Research
- Case briefing
- Follow up with Government departments and ensuring compliance
- Liaison with clients
Salary: Rs. 15,000 – Rs. 30,000 depending upon the dedication, hardwork, legal skills & legal drafting acumen of the candidate.
