Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Main tasks
Draft Legal Notices, Counter Affidavits, Rejoinders and Memos in Civil Suits and Consumer Disputes.
Apart from drafting one have to visit Hon’ble Courts on several occasions. Courts like Hon’ble Supreme Court, Hon’ble High Court, NCDRC, DRT & other Tribunals according to the work in the office.
Got a chance to visit the Hon’ble Supreme Court and witness the proceedings. Also, attend conferences with eminent Lawyers and got a chance to prepare the brief for them.
Other miscellaneous office work.
Eligibility
For 5 year Course: Preference should be given to 4th year & 5th year student.
For 3 year Course: Preference should be given to 3rd year student.
Stipend
Performance based. But all your traveling and other expenses you incur during your Court visits are reimbursed.
