  10. आल इंडिया बार परीक्षा रद्द करने का आदेश माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय जल्द से जल्द ले ऐसी मै आशा करता हूँ ताकि अनेक विधि छात्रो का आर्थिक, मानसिक और सभी प्रकारोके बार कौंसिल ऑफ़ इंडिया के छल से छात्रो को मुक्ति मिल सके ! इसका कारन यह है की बार कौंसिल ऑफ़ इंडिया कभी भी कोई छात्रो का परिणाम बदल्देती है जैसे के हालिमे ४७० छात्रों को पहले उत्तीर्ण घोषित करनेके बाद २ माह के बाद अनुत्तीर्ण घोषित किया गया बाद में एर्रोर्र बताया गया ! गलती एक या दो छात्रो के साथ होसकती है ४७० या उससे अधिक छात्रो के साथ नहीं हो सकती है ! अगर गलती होतिभी है तो उसका बेनिफिट छात्रो के पक्ष में जाना चाहिए ना की बार कौंसिल के पक्ष में ! इसलिए मै मा. सर्वोच्च न्यायालय से अनुरोध करूँगा की आल इंडिया बार परीक्षा रद्द करने का आदेश तुरंत दे ताकि इस मनमानी बार परीक्षा से छात्रो को मुक्ति मिले !plz

  11. Only a part of AIBE 4 pass candidates got their certificates. This was done as a part of an eyewash before conducting AIBE 5. Now they are conducting AIBE 6 without issuing AIBE 4 certificates. What are the senior supreme court advocates doing? why are they not fighting for their juniors?

    • I have same problem. My AIBE 4 certificate of practice is also not issued. Now they are issuig AIBE 5 results with applications for AIBE 6. Beautiful face of justice, isn’t it?

  14. BCI has declared amendment result from PASS to FAIL 470 students who has passed All India Bar Exam-4 and then after two month they have been declared failed. in short amendment from PASS to FAIL. it is un justice and it is black and blind decision taken by Bar council of India.
    in the basis of benefit of doubt Bar Council of India should take decision whole 470 or more students to declare PASS as previous declared.

    I A.Binota Devi Enrollment number D/1408/2011 want to state that my result was shown as withheld initially when it was out on 24th jan 2013 due to challan number mismatch.I mailed my challan number copy to AIBE(my challan number is 32545762417) and contacted helpline they assure me next day my result will be updated,bt there was no changes.Next day I agin call now they said my booklet number is missing(my booklet number is”A”)
    I Regularlly contacted the helpline number,they said the same thing like this its tooked more than 1 n half months withheld result to be shown.
    on 15th march when i call helpline they verbally said”i got more than 40 marks,so you are pass and your result will b updated very soon.
    on 23rd march my result is declared as pass later after some days it shown fail,when they published result as pass then how is it possible as fail and there can be no chance of failure in my case as i had done well and i wrote all reference answer from book,that’s why I am confidence that I became pass
    reli sir by this incident i faced lots of harassment,inconvenience and its also put me mentally and morally down
    On 26th march i call helpline for asking re-checking procedure,bt they respond very rudely over phone.They simply said last date of re-checking was 15 march,so now its nt possible where as I got my result only after 15th march and sir its injustice rendered to me for re-checking.
    Finally On 3rd april I took up the issue with chairman All India Bar Council by a letter through speed post along dd of Rs 100/- for re-checking the answersheet more than 10 days passed since dispatch of request for considering re-checking of answersheet,bt there was no change in the result
    Sir/Madam its my humble request to u please kindly consider me because as my familiy and my career is entirely depending upon this result

    AIBE 4 examination held at Dr. Ambedkar Law College School of Excellence, Poompohil No. 5 Greenways Road, Chennai Tamilnadu in Hall number 4 which was assigned to me. My bench examinees Roll Nos 130233 to 130235. My Roll number is 130235. The language of examination opted by me is ENGLISH.
    The timings of examination held between 11.00 AM to 2.00 PM.
    Due to shortage of English question paper, the invigilator not supplied to me the question paper. He went in search of English question paper from neighbor halls, but failed to secure English Question paper till 11.10 AM.
    I requested the invigilator at least to supply the Tamil Question paper readily available in his hand for a while.
    After a lapse of one hour i.e. at about 12.00 Noon, the invigilator supplied to me the ENGLISH question paper.
    I was the single person in that Hall managed with examination without the opted question paper
    Injustice done to me while on examination centre itself

    Then :
    The AIBE 4 results were announced on 24th January 2013. Definitely there could be pass or fail. But the AIBE 4th result of my bench candidates bearing Roll numbers 130233 to 130235 were with held stating “if your result is RESULT WITHHELD then it means your result is under consideration of the council”.
    There were no summons or notice for verification of testamentary or any other relevant enquiry conducted on me. They have not given reasonable opportunity to hear me.
    To my shock and surprise on 7th of February 2013 evening, the result of mine is announce as fail but for the rest of my bench metes bearing Roll numbers 130233 and 130234 declared as pass.
    It is arbitrary before the eye of law for put me in anxiety, rising of BP and mental agony for more than 15 days without justification of injustice rendered to me in the AIB examination centre itself.
    Actual thing what had happened on the examination centre in Dr. Ambedkar Law College School of Excellence, Poompojhil No. 5 Greenways Road, Chennai in Hall number 4 could also be taken in to consideration.
    Again the AIBE done to me injustice without valid consideration.
    I request for reconsideration of my result avoiding unnecessary complications imposing on me.
    I am in the situation of handicap to do anything more, apart from actual physical disability having 75%.
    The council has ample power to conduct reconsideration.
    I pray for reconsideration of my result and thus render justice.

    I have been confidently appeared in the AIBE – 4, but shocked to know my result as fail, when I clear my exam with full confidence, then how it can happen. Since the day one I have wrote so many emails to the Bar Council, but to no avail. I have seen so many people, who cannot even spell properly have been declared pass, why this kind of partiality. Whats is the procedure of checking the exam sheet. We have neither been given question paper nor informed regarding about the same, then how can I believe the truthfulness of the result. The result is totally vague and fictitious. I have sent a letter to the Bar Council for providing copy of questions paper, answer sheet and market sheet along with criteria they adopted for exam result.

  108. Needless to say, this sad state of affairs reflects very poorly on the Bar Council of India, at best and the whole community of advocates, at worst. I wrote the exam from the Bangalore centre and have been awaiting my the results for over a month and a half now. The details that I enter apparently do not exist on their database. All my attempts at contacting the people responsible have not yielded any positive response to date. Every single time I have been advised to wait for some more time. Pursuant to my last conversation with them, I am waiting till tomorrow for my result to be declared. If it is not declared, then I shall be constrained to take appropriate action against the people responsible. For shame, Sir. For shame!

I am frusted sine last 10 days for shown my result is ‘ RESULT IS WITHHELD’ .Why the said council harsh the advocates , in spite have all necessary process done, so whats matter for disclose it. Please look into matter, and declarer result as eary as possible.

PLS take ample time to find out the errors that was made unknowingly by mistake. try to do the maximum effort to rectify the error by clarifying directly to the candidate over phone or mail or even by post, for the mismarking of data or correction done by cuts or by fluid whitner AND RECIPT of payment if any. for Gods sake dont let anybody to fail for these reasons.certainly God will giveyou the best for the efforts you are taking by saving the life of plenty of budding lawyers and their worries .thankyou
