University School of Law and Legal Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Dwarka, will be organising a one day Moot Court Competition for first year students of various law schools in Delhi on the 12th of April, 2015, i.e. Sunday.
Mooting is an important part of a students life in law school, and to hone the talent and skills of young mooters who have only started with their journey in law, USLLS has endeavoured to provide them a suitable platform with this moot court competition.
The Moot Problem is based on the Law of Contracts.

Last date of Registration: 29th March 2015 (1700 hrs)
Last Date of Submission of Hard Copy of Demand Draft and Registration Form: 31st March 2015 (1700 hrs)
Last Date of Submission of Memorial (soft copy): 6th April 2015 (1700 hrs)
Last Date of Submission of Memorial (Hard Copy): 8th April 2015 (1700 hrs)
Date of Competition: 12th April 2015, Sunday.

Dear Sir, I think the problem which you have given to your students is wrong. Kindly note that since Mr Foster (16 years) is a minor according to Sec-3 of the Indian Majority Act,1875 and as per Order 32 a minor cannot file a suit by himself he can do it through his legal representatives. Now ok even if we assume his guardian then also this assumption will creat a problem as everyone will assume differently. So you should have mentioned the details of his guardian. Another major problem in this problem is that you have not mentioned the place. Again let us assume the place. Suppose I will file the case in the State of Bihar somebody will file in West Bengal etc. Here my question is do you think that the panel of judges sitting there will have the jurisdiction?
You are not giving any time to prepare. How will be prepare in so less time?
That’s not proper time to give to people to prepare for a moot.
