The Aligarh Muslim University holds a long and rich literary and cultural tradition.
To carry forward those traditions, Aligarh Muslim University will be organizing its prestigious All India Sir Syed Memorial Debate Competition on 17th -18th February, 2014 under the aegis of University Literary Club, Cultural Education Centre.
The Topic of the Debate is “Proportional Representation will lead to inclusive democracy in India”.

Three prizes will be awarded for each language separately (English, Urdu, Hindi).
The team prizes are as follows:

3rd Prize : Rs 5000
Best Speaker Prize: Rs 5000 (minimum)
