Number of Vacancies
2 (two): Advocate with 0 – 4 years of PQE.
Eligibility
- The candidate must be enrolled with any bar council.
- The candidate must have knowledge of drafting and researching.
- The candidate must have the knowledge about day to day working of various courts in Delhi.
- The candidate must have knowledge of IPR (trade mark and copyright infringement), s. 138 NI Act, Recovery Suits and Insolvency matters.
Salary
The candidate will be given a monthly remuneration of Rs. 18000 – Rs. 20,000/-
Candidate will also be reimbursed for court and traveling expenses within and outside Delhi.
