It was quite big like any other Government office filled with stock of files and surprisingly everybody was working unlike some other govt. offices.

First impression. First day, formalities etc.
The first impression of the office was quite good as I mentioned that the people were actually working here unlike other government offices. The infrastructure was very nice.
The first day formalities included introducing yourself to section officer, give an application for gate pass and other such things.
Main tasks
To find out the discrepancy in the work of registration, to learn the process of registration of copyright , the technicalities and the different requirement to be fulfilled by the parties to get a copyright of anything say a software, a book, a song, etc
Work environment, people
The work environment was very friendly; the people out there were very helping.
The head of the department i.e. the section officer was very determined and hardworking and he made sure that all of them work and they work together.
Best thing
I got to see the real world of copyright and how copyright is granted to an applicant.
Bad thing
You don’t get to learn much about law, it is all about technicalities and hence, they are stressed upon more.
