Nuclear Law Association, India (NLA) & TERI University, New Delhi (TU) is pleased to jointly organize the Winter Certificate Course on Nuclear Law
Date: 12th -16th January, 2015
Venue: TERI University, Institutional Area, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi
The objective of the NLA-TU Winter Course is to:
Provide the participants with a basic understanding of nuclear science and technology;
Understand the special nature of India’s nuclear history and international engagement;
Expose the participants to the functioning of a nuclear power plant;
Comprehensively equip students to critically examine international nuclear law; and
Study India’s nuclear law, regulatory process and judicial decisions.
Study Trip to a Nuclear Power Plant:
In association with Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited a technical study trip to Narora Nuclear Power Plant in UP is planned. The trip is only for Indian nationals.
