Yogi and Partners is a boutique Law Firm focussed on niche areas of Food Laws, Economic Legislations & Corporate Legal Compliances. We are looking for Associate Lawyers who fulfils the following requirements.

QUALIFICATION

1. LLB with minimum 50% marks as aggregate of all semesters.
2. Candidate with Science Background in 12th Standard will be given preference.
3. Candidate must be desirous to build a career in the field of Corporate Laws.
4. Work Experience 1-4 years.
5. Candidate from East Delhi/Noida will be given preference due to the location of the firm.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handling clients (scheduling & participating in client conferences)
• Developing complete understanding about client’s business & proactively advising them on various legal facets/compliance requirements.C. Developing keen understanding of the Law generally dealt with in our Firm i.e. Company Law, Labour Laws, Intellectual Property Right Laws, Food Laws, Drugs and Cosmetics Laws, Foreign Direct Investment Policies of Government of India,
  Customs Law, Tax Laws (Basic understanding), FEMA and Packaging Laws and assist the client in their business legal challenges.
• Drafting/Vetting of various commercial agreements such as Manufacturing Agreement, Distributor Agreement and Leases etc.
• Reviewing of Products, ingredients Labels and claim literature to ensure compliances with various product and packaging laws
• Applying and seeking registration under various statutes applicable to business, incorporation of business etc.
• Assisting the Firm/Partner in day to day administration, Knowledge enhancement.

REMUNERATION

Candidates will be offered an initial Salary of Rs 3,60,000/- per annum (inclusive of 20% annual bonus).

Upon completion of 6 months and based on his/her performance the position of Associate will get confirmed and thereafter he/she would be entitled to Annual Bonus.
