First day formalities, infrastructure, first impression
There were no first day formalities as such, I was asked to report at 10:30. When I entered the office first I met with the head clerk he took my informal interview then he introduced me with one of the partners of the firm under whom I was interning. Basically the firm has two partners.
I was introduced with other co interns which gave me a sense of belonging. Infrastructure is good and the ambience of the law firm is awesome, the other co interns are quite friendly. On my very first day, the work environment is not much hectic.
Main tasks
The main task is to observe the case proceedings, watching matters in the high court which help you to learn how counsels made their submissions and reading case files, briefs of the original and appellate sides.
Good things
Seniors and other co-workers of the law firms are excellent, the firm takes up all kinds of matter. Sir is very lenient towards the interns, any sort of doubts can be cleared from him but on the other side, he is quite strict as well.

Other information
We only had fun during lunch hours.
