Duration of internship and timings
One month in January 2013.
Timings were from morning 9:30 at PHC to around 7 in the evening.
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
I was asked to reach to PHC at his chamber and was told about the working.
Aman Sir and all his associates reach different courts in the morning and after they are done with the cases for the day, everyone reaches office around 1 pm.
Sir has a chamber in the PHC and an office space in DDA Flats, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi.
Main tasks
Main tasks ranged from attending various court proceedings to reading case files to a little bit of drafting and researching work.
One of his associates used to live nearby my place in Delhi and I used to go with him only to whichever Court he was going and then reach office at around 1 pm in his car itself.
Work environment and people
All the associates were very helping and even Mr. Aman Sareen.
They were always ready to help me in whatever matter I needed help and themselves used to keep me updated with the various court rules and proceedings.
Best things
One of the best part of the day used to be the debates in evening in the office with the associates on any topic like some section of IPC or CrPC.
That was a great learning experience.

Nothing bad.

Any Other Thing
I have never wanted to enter the litigation practice but this was one of the best internships I have done so far. I think I can give this line a try now.
