Duration of internship and timings
Generally they allot you internship for 3-4 weeks depending on the vacancies.
The timings are:
Mon-Fri (9:00 am-7:30 pm)
Sat (9:00 am – 5:00 pm)
Sunday and 2nd Saturdays off
1pm -2pm lunch break.
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
As soon as I got the confirmation mail from the firm I was very exited because it is best law firm of Jaipur run by the former additional solicitor general of India Mr. Paras Kuhad.
The office is amazing and well built with amazing infrastructure and supporting staff. First day you just need to introduce yourself to every associate personally.
Main tasks
Depending on your capabilities you will be allotted work. The work includes drafting, research work, case studies, case brief, synopsis etc.
Work environment and people
The work environment is amazing but little boring as everyone is busy with their work. Associates are very helpful though strict about their work. You are suppose to reach office on time. You will be provided tea twice a day and evening snacks. The overall experience was good.
Best things
Internship room with 3 PCs and high speed wi-fi internet. The work environment. You get to make new friends over there. And in firms you actually understand how work is done.
Bad things
No bad things about the firm. The only thing is be dedicated to your work and punctual about the time

Biggest Lessons
Working in a law firm is fun. Never presume before joining law firm that you don’t know anything or you are too young for the work given in the firm.
