First Day Formalities Initial Impressions
On the First Day of the Internship, I was asked to come to their office at around 9:30 Am. I met Anurag Sir who is a very humble person and he asked me to go to Delhi High court with him.
At around 2:30 Pm we came back to the office and then all the Interns along with our Seniors eat Lunch together which make us feel good. All the Seniors were too friendly especially Nishant Sir and Aditi Mam was the best, who always teaches me a lot of new things.
There was no hierarchy as such and we feel like an important part of Firm. After Lunch, I was asked to write a Written Statement and they appreciated my work as well.
Main Tasks
Most of the cases were related to Family matters. During the Internship, I was provided with a lot of work and training.
From Drafting cases, Research related work to even attending the client meetings. I was also given an opportunity to argue for a summon order in Court.
Sir relied on me and give us every possible task which boosted my confidence and my Legal skills. Before any case is given to us, Anurag Sir teaches us all the legal aspects related to a particular case which was great. The best part was that no one interfaces with your work which was very professional. Only at the end of your work you get reviews.
Good Things
There is an infinite number of good things about this Firm. All my seniors were very humble and friendly. All the people within the firm work like a family and the environment was really good. I met Prem Sir, Ruchin Sir who look after mostly the court-related work.
Both of them taught me a lot about how a court in reality works. How Law in the book is different from Law in reality. On Saturday we usually had a half-day. If anyone actually wants to learn new things and enhance his/her legal knowledge then this is the best place one could have. It was the best internship experience I ever had.
Bad Things
Nothing was Bad. Everything was perfect and great.
Stipend
Nothing
Accommodation Commute
The office is at Indirapuram, Ghaziabad where anyone can easily accommodate.
Other Info
Sometimes during our leisure time, we went outside to a restaurant and crack jokes with Aditi Mam. I had great exposure and learned a lot from seniors on how should I go about my Law School.
