How you applied?
I applied through mail id which was posted on Law octopus site. There was a very normal interview with associates.
First day formalities, infrastructure, first impression
My first-day experience was very good. Firstly I was introduced by all intern and associates and main counsel. The first day I did research on the Transfer of Property.
My first impression was good I did good research on TPA. The infrastructure is very good no one can beat the AKJ legal firm in the area of infrastructure.
Main tasks
The main task was research work, filing in the last week I learnt the drafting like making will, income affidavit for maintenance etc. Courts visit like Gurugram court, Dwarka court, Consumer forum and many other courts and tribunals.
Good things
The good thing was associates and the main counsel were very co-operative. They always try to teach something and gives the work according to the capacity of the student.
Bad things
I didn’t found any bad thing here, except there is no proper transport system here.
Stipend
They don’t provide any stipend, but the money which spent in court and tribunal visits were reimbursed tome.
Accommodation, commuting to the office
There is no proper transport service the only option is Ola, Uber.
