Vacancy
To assist us in Advisory & Litigation services in:
Corporate Matters, NCLT, NCLAT, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Practice.
Direct and Indirect Tax Matters, ITAT, High Court, Banking Law, Trademarks, Patents, Copyrights, Designs, Economic Crimes, etc.
Requirements
Having passion to practice and make career in Corporate/ Tax/ IPR Litigation.
Candidates having basic exposure of Corporate/ Tax/ IPR.
The ability to work in a dynamic environment, both independently and with a team.
Recent CA/CS Qualified Candidates will be preferred.
Fresher 2018 LLB may also apply.
Good Communication skills
Good knowledge of Drafting
Holds Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Good Command over English and Hindi.
We are looking for only serious candidates, who are willing to work hard. (Our strict office timings are 10:30 to 8:30 Mon-Sat)
