First Day Impression
I was reporting to Mr. Kunal Sarpal from day one. He being very friendly as well as helpful introduced me to the employees around who were equally friendly and assigned me proper guidelines and advised regarding my internship at the office.
Work
During my course of internship I was assigned assignments with various topics which included Drafting of Agreements, Conversion of Companies, chalking out Minutes of Meeting, Company Incorporation and other Secretarial Work.
There were several instances where I faltered or got stuck or faced problems with the assignments, but as I mentioned earlier, the employees and Sir, under whom I was a intern remained very helpful and patient, and helped me get through that.
Here, they are very intent in making sure that you are thorough with what you have learned during the period of internship and also make sure you visit clients. This internship also helped me sharpening my skills and attributes like dealing with clients, telephonic conversations and research skills.
One major advantage I faced along with work environment being so friendly and good, is that the timings are flexible and no work pressure. You can work according to your advantages and finish the assignment without any hassle.
