He responded within 2 days and after a brief telephonic conversation, I was given the internship.
Duration of Internship and timings

First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
At Brands & Fakes, I was given my own desk on the first day and had an interactive session with various seniors in the office where they asked me as to what all I know in the field of IPR law and what I am expecting out of this internship.
The office is a small space in Omaxe Square, Jasola which is in the outskirts of Delhi and although it is small, it had a lot to learn.
Main tasks
My main tasks included:
- Trademark searching
- Preparing Trademark Portfolios for various companies
- Preparing various presentations on IP-related topics.
Work environment and people
The work environment at Brands & Fakes was very good. Everyone in the office was friendly and was always ready to help.
The work timings were from morning 9:30 to evening 6:30.
Best things
The best thing about Brands & Fakes was that you get to do a variety of work. As it is a start-up, there is a lot of work.
Bad things
You won’t get a complete experience regarding IPR suits as they outsource their litigation work.

Stayed with my aunt.
Office Timings
The timings at Brands & Fakes was from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Every second and fourth Saturday used to be off.
