First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
The first day we were briefed about the app and its details and functioning.
Then we were told about our internship program, how are we going to go about it.
The major responsibilities and roles. Our task for the week was revealed to us.
Main tasks
The major tasks were marketing related, mainly social media marketing and some field works.
We were given one task every week and we had to finish it on time to get the next task.
Work environment and people
All the interns were supportive of each other.
The head was always available for help and guidance. We were treated like family members.
Best things
We were given incentives like those who will finish all the tasks on time with efficiency were acknowledged as star performer.
I was chosen as the start performer of the internship.
Bad things
There was nothing bad in particular about this internship.

Biggest Lessons
This was my first marketing internship so everything was new for me. I paid attention to every small details and followed my mentor’s instruction carefully.
I started from the scratch and worked throughout to become the star performer of the internship.
