First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
On the first day we met Aabad Sir and we were introduced to all the junior lawyers in his chambers.
The office has awesome interior and is well equipped with books and legal research databases like SCC online, manupatra etc.
Main tasks
As legal intern at the chamber of Mr. Ponda, one can witness proceeding in High Court majorly ABA matters. I also witness a famous rape trial.
Work environment and people
The environment at his chambers is very good and friendly, all the junior lawyers are friendly and easily approachable.
Best things
The best thing about the internship was you get to see lawyer like Mahesh Jethmalani, Iqbal Chagla and Dairus Khambata.
Bad things
The only bad thing was that you don’t get research or drafting work at his chamber.

Biggest Lessons
Interning at his chamber, changed my perspective of seeing law and created interest of joining litigation.
Accommodation
My family resides in Mumbai, but those who do not belong to Mumbai can arrange for paying guest accommodation which is easy available at a price anywhere between 10,000 and 20,000.
