Duration of internship and timings
7 January, 2016 to 7 February,2016.
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
There were no formalities involved as such. We were asked to join the online intern group of way foundation on Facebook.
Main tasks
The main task involved promoting the organisation on social media.
Making summary of some sections in a act.
Sometimes we were asked to share our experiences as a child.
Work environment and people
Being an online internship, there was no interaction amongst the other interns.
Best things
Flexibility of time and space with which one could complete their work.
Bad things
Interaction with other co-interns would had been appreciated.
Stipend
No stipend.
Biggest Lessons
You need to take up the issue of child rights too seriously. After all, everyone was a child once!
Office Timings
The task was posted on the group at 7 pm everyday and deadlines were allocated. All of them were individual tasks, making it super easy for one to complete it according to their schedules.
