The Firm has got 2 separate floors in same premises with IPR department on 5th and Conveyancing and Litigation on 7th floor.

Duration in weeks. No. of days/week. Timings

For weekdays from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm. After High Court hours, back to office up till 7:30 pm. Even upto 8:00 pm on few occasions.

Accommodation: how, where, how was it?

Wasn’t required as I used to commute.

First impression. First day, formalities etc.

Main office on 7th floor is incredibly designed and maintained where an applicant may ask for Internship in-charge Ashani Shah Ma’am with College ID or Govt. ID.

Ma’am introduced with every partner and co-associates even with Senior Partners, with utmost kind and open heartedly.

Main tasks

Litigation department interns are given full liberty to make a choice amongst any of the ongoing briefs and follow the same when listed before the Court.

Of course, observing method of arguments by Advocate Shree Sudhir Nanavati sir was candid opportunity one can ever have.

Work environment, people 

I’m Speechless. Exceptionally warm, caring and endearing souls Advocate Ashani Shah Ma’am (Senior Associate cum Intern. In-charge), Adv. Vandan Balshi Sir (Associate Litigation), Advocate Digant Kakkad Sir (Principal Associate), Advocate Hemlata Ma’am and Kushal Chandiramani Sir, Advocate Saurabh Mehta Sir and Advocate Saurin Mehta Sir (Partners).

Environment was industrious but homely. Associates, even the partners, have always been approachable.

Best things

Facility just alike state of the art library and other material for ready reference.

Separate Legal Research computer along with number of software for Legal Research one will always dream to have.

What did you do to chill? Co-interns, colleagues

Interns are allotted 5th floor to work at, associates always used to chill along, even with Ashani Ma’am, at times. Due to such friendly and amazing environment at work place, we, co-interns are now inseparable.

Anything else you’d like to tell 

I thank every associate I have been able to assist, for investing precious time for interns and a special thanks to Ashani Shah Ma’am for this memorable opportunity.

Biggest lessons 

Got to know about the genuine working temperament of a law firm, thanks to such facilitating work environment and pure relations between associates and partners.
