Work environment and people
People are very friendly, helping and encouraging.
They always gave new ideas on what to do and how to do during internship.

The field trips to RLEK’S primary schools are the best thing and fun and interaction with interns and villagers on these trips.
Also the view of Mussoori from RLEK’S terrace was beautiful.
Bad things
You need to ask for work otherwise you may sit idle sometimes.
