We have to apply directly to SAIL, and we will be informed of our selection there only.
Duration of internship and timings
1st June to 1st July.
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
The first impression of SAIL was very good and everything was in place the first day. People are welcoming and help you out with the formalities. We have to wear formals on the first day and carry our college documents including the recommendation letter from college .
Main tasks
We were given projects to work on. Every intern was given a specific project and we were supposed to study it and prepare presentations on it.
Work environment and people
The work environment of SAIL is very positive and people are pretty helpful.
Best things
The work environment is very good, and people are ready to help out. Apart from that assistance is lent at every step towards the completion of our projects.
Bad things
Long hours at work, and strict adherence to the same.

You will learn quite a few things in SAIL and the research work you do will be very extensive.
