First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
My first impression was how strict the place is you have to be properly dressed in formals and don’t you dare to forget the tie otherwise you have to rush home.
First day we had orientation and they introduced us to the concept of mediation.
Main tasks
The main task was to observe the proceedings which were not at all boring and on the last day we had to submit a report.
Work environment and people
Depends upon the mediator. Mine was good.
Best things
The best thing was the proceedings which were very entertaining.
