Application Process

In order to get an internship in ARA law you have to mail your CV along with your cover letter to internship@aralaw.com

This will be followed by a telephonic interview after which if selected you will be offered an internship with the firm.

The internship is for a period of 4 weeks.

First Impression, First Day Formalities, Infrastructure

On my first day, I was extremely impressed by the area ‘BKC’ where the firm is situated as it is very stunning and fancy and immediately inspires a feeling of professionalism in you.

The firm is very impressive on its own, located on 10th floor offers a magnificent view and has a very professional atmosphere.

I was provided a work desk, a computer and ARA notepad and was also introduced to co-interns.

Main Tasks

During my course of internship, I was assigned with exclusive research work on various corporate matters related to investment and equity and was also asked to draft certain documents/agreements.

I was given a topic and was asked to write an article which I had to submit by the end of the internship.

Work Environment and People

The firm consists of a very professional environment.

All the associates are extremely friendly and helpful and are ready to help you with any matter or guide you through the internship at all times.

Best Things

One of the best things about the firm is its impressive office.

Research work and drafting work.

Occasional legal discussions about the latest updates in the various fields of law.

Bad Things

I cannot think or come up with many negatives about the firm, but the only drawback that I have felt during my period in ARA is that regarding the library which consist of very limited books.
