About
8th NLU Antitrust Law Moot Court Competition, 2017 held in association with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. and SCC Online.
This competition is organised in association with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., and knowledge & research partners SCC Online and Eastern Book Company, under the patronage of the Competition Commission of India.
Over the last seven years, this competition has grown into one of the biggest moot court competitions in India owing to challenging problems and excellent judging. Likewise, it witnesses the participation of some of the best law colleges in the country.
Participants get the opportunity to argue before expert practitioners and academicians, including judges from Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. and the Competition Commission of India.
Students pursuing three or five year courses of LL.B. degree in the academic year 2016-2017 from any recognised Law School/College/University in India are eligible to participate. A maximum of 40 teams shall be permitted to participate in this edition of the competition, the registration for which would be made on a first come first serve basis.
