University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, Dehradun, College of Legal Studies (COLS) conducts Dr. Paras Diwan Memorial International ‘Energy Law’ Moot Court Competition to commemorate the legendary Dr. Paras Diwan, a renowned legal luminary, acclaimed jurist and writer par excellence, who has umpteen number of publications to his credit in the form of books and articles on family law.
Since 2011, we have successfully organized four Dr. Paras Diwan Memorial ‘Energy Law’ Moot Court Competitions and two Dr. Paras Diwan Memorial International ‘Energy Law’ Moot Court Competitions with participation from Law Colleges throughout India.
The CoLS now intends to hold the 7th Dr. Paras Diwan Memorial International ‘Energy Law’ Moot Court Competition from 7th-9th April, 2017.

All interested teams for the 7th edition of the competition are requested to send provisional registration mail at mootcourt@ddn.upes.ac.in
The subject of the mail should mention as ‘College name-Provisional Registration for the 7th Dr. Paras Diwan Memorial International Energy Law Moot Court Competition, 2017’.
