M.S. Ramaiah College of Law, Bangalore, is organizing and hosting the 6th edition of its M.S. Ramaiah Memorial National Moot Court Competition from 11th to 13th March, 2016.
Eligibility
Student pursuing 3 years or 5 years of LL.B. Degree from any recognized Law School/College/University in India/faculty of law/other institutions are eligible to participate.
Any recognized Law School/College/University in India/Faculty of Law/Other institutions shall be entitled to send only one team to the competition.
Each team shall consist of a minimum of two and maximum of three members. Team comprises of two speakers and one researcher.
Registration
Each team can register provisionally by sending an email to msrclmoot@gmail.com by 16th January 2016.
The teams selected in the Memorial Rounds must register by sending a duly filled Registration Form along with the required crossed Demand Draft of Rs 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) drawn in favour of The Principal, M.S. Ramaiah College of Law, Bangalore on or before 10th February, 2016.
We would be providing accommodation for the time period of the Moot Court Competition with other such necessary facilities.
Changes to the 6th M.S.Ramaiah Moot Court Competition
1. There will NOT be a memorial round.
2. Teams selected on first come first serve basis
3.First 30 teams will be eligible
4. Moot competition dates are the same.
5. Extension of dates for provisional registration, registration and submission of memorials.

Last date for sending scanned copy of Demand Draft and duly filled Registration form: 22nd January, 2016
Disclosure of the teams qualified to the Preliminary Rounds: 25th January, 2016
Last date for sending hard copy of Demand Draft and duly filled Registration form: 2nd February, 2016
Last date for seeking clarifications: 4th February, 2016
Announcement of clarifications: 7th February, 2016
Last date for submission of the soft copy of memorials (both Petitioner/ Appellant and Respondent): 29th February, 2016
Submission of one hard copy of memorials (both Petitioner/ Appellant and Respondent): 3rd March, 2016
Orientation and submission of three hard copies of memorials (both Petitioner/ Appellant and Respondent): 11th March, 2016
Oral rounds: 12th – 13th March, 2016
Valedictory Function: 13th March, 2016
