Amity Law School, Centre- II takes pleasure in organizing its very own 3rd Amity National Med-Arb Competition, 2016.
Concept
Med-Arb is a hybrid of Mediation and Arbitration.
It motivates the participants at the mediation given the shadow of the hammer of med-arb: the transformation, if mediation fails, of the process to arbitration.
Amity National Med-Arb Competition is not merely a competition but a platform provided to the students to develop their skills in mediation and arbitration.
As we understand that traditional litigation has already overburdened the judiciary, therefore need arises to promote Alternation Dispute Resolution Methods for settling the disputes amicably and peacefully.
Amity Law School, Centre – II is organizing its 3rd Amity National Med – Arb Competition on August 9th, 2016.

Registration fee
Rs 1000 per student and Rs. 1500 for a team

The last date for registration is 3rd August, 2016.

Competition Date: 11th August, 2016.
Last date for Registration: The deadline for online registration is 3rd August, 2016. The Demand Draft and the Registration form shall reach by 5th August 2016.
