To discuss and study various recent laws and amendments concerning women, children and marginalized sections of the society.
To familiarize oneself with court practices and procedures especially criminal law
To share and plan out strategies for effective collaboration among religious lawyers.

The main topics covered will be:
Sharing of pleasant and unpleasant experiences and struggles and challenges in practice
Criminal procedure aspects especially how the criminal courts function and evidentiary aspects in law
Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 2013
Some specific legislations including Sexual Harassment at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013, National Food
Security Act 2013, Juvenile Justice Act, 2000 and Labor Laws etc
