Horrible first impression. I was the only intern on the first day. The HR lady assigned me a computer and a desk (which I found was used periodically by their Accountant and I had to leave the desk and sit in the lounge when he was working). But I was assigned no work the whole day, no one spoke to me, and when I went up individually to people to talk about work - I was dismissed.
