The associates are calm and patient in explaining the job to be done. They do not take a jibe at you but in actuality are quite convivial to talk to. The work atmosphere at Khaitan and Co is relaxed. Most of the associates are young and they are really cordial and helpful. Interns also get an opportunity to interact with the senior partners.
