National Law University, Delhi in association with CUTS Institute for Regulation and Competition (CIRC) announces the application intake for the 5th Batch of Certificate/Diploma Course in Competition Policy and Law.

A Three Day Winter Course on Competition Law & Practice in India is being organised by CUTS Institute for Regulation & Competition (CIRC) from 21st to 23rd December 2013, Delhi.

CIRC was established by the 30 year old pioneering research and advocacy group: CUTS International, which has been instrumental in bringing in the Competition Act, 2002 in India, other than actively engaged in developing competition regimes in over 30 developing countries, and advising governments.

The participants are required to complete the course in eight weeks as per the schedule. At the successful completion of the course, participants will be awarded with a Certificate signed by Chairman, CIRC. Subject queries, if any, submitted to: ca02-expert@circ.in , will be answered by Competition Act 2002 experts.

The Diploma Course in Competition Policy and Law is an advanced course dealing, in detail, with topics related to abuse of dominance, anti-competitive agreements, and regulation of combination across select jurisdictions.. The participants of Diploma course are exposed to emerging issues such as: interface between IPRs and competition law, cross border issues, and issues related to business strategy.

CIRC is pleased to announce a first ever Summer Course on “Competition Law & Practice in India”, which will be held at Indian Social Institute, Lodhi Road, Delhi from 27th to 29th June 2013 (from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm).
