The body noted that the currently present number of 22-23 teachers at NUJS was not enough to meet the “hunger of a modern student”, and that the number was such because “the University did not have adequate and proactive leave policy and faculty deployment planning”.

According to a Dainik Bhaskar report published here, NLU Jodhpur's VC Prof. Poonam Saxena has got the University's Rules amended to such an affect, so as to not allow the faculty members to form any unions or criticize the University in any manner.

An external review committee at NUJS Kolkata, comprising of former Rajasthan high court chief justice NN Mathur and former senior government auditors Saroj Das and Asok Deb, reported that certain facts were “indicative of financial mismanagement of funds by the university”.

Any mismatch between the barcode and the candidate sticker can cause the marks being reflected against a different roll number. In other words, if on the OMR of candidate X, by mistake the barcode sticker of candidate Y was affixed on the front page, (s)he would get score of Y candidate than his/her own.

In a major embarrassment for the Andhra Pradesh judiciary, five judges were caught cheating while writing the LLM (Master of Law) examination for which they were promptly suspended by the High Court. One of the judges was found copying from a law book hidden under his answer sheet. Written slips and pages torn from textbooks were seized from other judges.

One of the definite highlights of the finals (apart from the results) was when Dr. Geeta Gouri said that she would be taking our memorials back to New Delhi. At that point we decided that if we lost, this would be enough of a win.
