We are looking to hire interns for our LPO (Legal Process Outsourcing) company.
We require law graduates or law students (third, fourth or fifth year students only) who will be given a chance to work on a variety of projects. We are willing to offer a stipend of up to Rs 5,000/- for an internship spanning at least 3 weeks.
Being a start up, we have our limitations on the number of people we can hire. Therefore the same intern will be required to work on Drafting Contracts and other legal documents, Arbitration Matters and Legal Research covering a variety of laws such as Company Law, Taxation and laws specific to industries the client belong to.
Further, Interns will be required to meet and interact with clients in order to better understand their needs. We therefore believe we provide a wider and richer experience compared to what most law firms have to offer at this stage.
We find that Outsourcing is usually associated with offshoring. However, as we have found, this is not true in the real world. L’solution as an LPO caters mainly to Indian markets thus acting as an extended legal arm for many existing and upcoming brands in the country.
The company was founded by young entrepreneurs, Hiamanshu Luthra, an upcoming lawyer and Aastha Gupta,who recently completed her bar at law alongside an MBA from England therefore converging law and entrepreneurism. We are a company of young professionals (all office staff is under thirty years of age) and we are looking for smart, diligent law graduates or law students.
