Unplag has launched a scholarship contest for students all over the world, in order to encourage original writing skills.
The student who will write the most engaging and creative essay on the topic of ‘Plagiarism’ has the opportunity to win 2.000 $.
About
Participants can choose to write any type of essay, as well as decide on what perspective of the topic they want to focus (future perspectives of online cheating, technologies to develop in order to stop plagiarism, as well as other visions on this topic).
After being reviewed by the Unplag team, essays will be published on the blog.
The winner will be chosen based on an independent expert opinion, as well as on the readers’ votes.
Eligibility
Anyone who is at least eighteen years old and enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate program is free to take part in the competition.
Application Procedure
In order to apply, students must submit only one essay, as well as the application form on the website.
The essays must be written in English and the exact topic must be chosen from the given list.
The essay should be at least 500 words long, as well as original.
Creativity, humour and individual style are highly appreciated.
Deadline
Applications for the scholarship are open from September 1, 2015 until March 1, 2016.
