GNLU’s B Plan Competition on Law Start-ups 2016 [Feb 26]: Submit by Jan 4; Prizes Worth Rs.50K

GNLU Centre for Business and Public Policy (GCBPP) has great pleasure in announcing that the First ‘Competition on startup venture in the domain of law’ is getting organized on 26^th February 2016 at GNLU.

The competition aims to promote the spirit of entrepreneurship among students pursuing higher education across the Globe.

The forum will also spread awareness about the prospects and hurdles to start up a venture, sources of funds, realistic ways of market research, marketing skills, projections of finances and risks and exit mechanisms.

The competition will provide participants the platform for nurturing the unique blue prints into successful legal ventures.

Contents of the Plan: The Plan must contain the following:

1. General Background

2. Business Proposition

3. Marketing Strategy

4. Execution Plan

5. SWOC Analysis

Awards & Prizes: There are cash prizes worth Rs.50, 000 to be won:

1^st Prize: Rs.25, 000

2^nd Prize: Rs.15, 000

3^rd Prize: Rs.10, 000

Along with these prizes, the winners will be awarded with winning certificates. Certificates of participation will be awarded to top ten selected teams.

The selected teams will be mentored by experts in the field of venture promotion to see the promotion of their planned ventures.

Timelines:

Submission of the Plan: 4^th January, 2015

Announcement of Top Ten Plans: 31^st January, 2016

Oral Presentation at GNLU: 26^th February, 2016
