About the Internship:
The selected intern(s) will work on following during the internship:
Should have handled litigation of all kind (Civil & Criminal).
Should have knowledge of Laws applicable to land acquisition, mining laws drafting, vetting of all kinds of commercial documents, agreements, legal notices.
Advising on legal issues with regard to day to day activities of business, managing legal notices and its reply.
Coordinating with counsels, advocates.
Conducting research on judicial pronouncement in support of claim case.
Liasoning with Government or semi Government authorities (on need-based).
Timely updation of all changing laws, rules and regulations related business of the company.
Recovery proceedings against defaulters and bad debt cases requiring legal compliances within the organisation.
Understanding of regulatory & compliance requirements.
Should have good communication skills coupled with an excellent & writing skills is required to interact effectively.

Duration: 3 weeks
Stipend: Rs. 22,000/- per month.
