The Indian Journal of Constitutional Law is a journal on Comparative Constitutional law published annually by the MK Nambyar SAARC LAW Chair in Comparative Constitutional Studies at the NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, India.
The journal is associated with the Constitutional Law Society, NALSAR, a student initiative.
The Journal encourages scholarship in Comparative Constitutional Law, an aspect which has emerged as a major field of legal study in the previous two decades.
The Indian Journal of Constitutional Law is pleased to invite contributions for its 2016 issue.
Published annually, the Journal comprises separate sections for articles, essays, case comments, legislative comments and book reviews.
It is aimed to provide a source of qualitative and well-researched jurisprudence to constitutional lawyers, academicians and students, while simultaneously encouraging contributions from all these quarters.
We shall be accepting original unpublished work in the fields of Constitutional and Comparative Constitutional Law and Theory.
Last date for submission is 20th October, 2015.
