With chambers right outside the Bombay High Court, Adv. Firdaus Moosa is a counsel solely handling civil litigation.
The position available at her chambers is for a long term internship open to law students from the 3 years and 5 years course.
The job profile will broadly include legal due-diligence and research, assisting in matters and attending several courts and forums such as High Court, City Civil Court, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Company Law Board, etc.
The intern is required to perform all tasks as may be assigned upon him/her.
Although there is no stipend, this would be a great learning opportunity if one is interested in litigation.
