Job Description:
Assisting in all legal documentation, viz. loan agreements, vendor contract, notices etc.
Maintaining proper records/ filings.
Assisting in RTI related documentations.
Interaction with the stakeholders to promptly respond to basic issues.
Fully proactive participation in team and proactively helping to meet team goals/ works under minimum supervision.

Qualifications/ Requirements: – L.L.B – legal/ contract drafting & review – Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Good Communication Skill
