Course Structure
The proposed course aims to provide a birds eye view on aspects of Environmental Law in India; Labour law in protecting the health of workmen, safety standards and procedures to be complied by Industries.
It primarily intends to cover wide-ranging requirements of various stakeholders and provide valuable insight on issues related to, and in connection with, the practice, procedures and compliance of Environment, Health and Safety Law in India.

Day 2: Overview of Environmental Law in India, Environmental Law compliance, ISO 14,001
Day 3: Safety law in India, Industry best practices, EHS Audit
