Key Responsibilities

Due diligence of NPAs pre acquisition.

Execution of SARFAESI Act and RDDB Act.

Litigation Management at DRT, High Court , BIFR and others.

Loan and title deed documentation.

Follow up with external agencies for resolution ofaccounts.

Supervising and coordination with advocates for litigation.

Undertaking such other duties/ responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Desired Qualification : LLM or LLB

Experience Required : 3 years or more.

Banking experience preferred
